Visitors of our site set many uniform questions. For first three months of functioning of a site we have already got tired to answer the same identical inquiries. Therefore we shall generalize here.
We develop and we sell biogas installations of the small and average sizes.
Such division on the sizes is rather conditional. For us small installations are where we apply ready serially made cans to reactors, and averages are those, cans for which are produced under the order. Unlike large installations, our installations are capable to process from 60 up to 2000 kg of raw material per day. We constantly increase the upper limit, improving our exploitations.
Whether feed in a reactor of a dung with a litter is possible: straw, the rests of hay, various plant residues?
No, it is undesirable. All plant residues should be crushed. Otherwise they can litter pipes or systems of hashing. Besides duration of a cycle of fermentation at plant residues is more, than at a dung so they will leave installation not advanced.
We in such a case put the filter in preparatory capacity which will eliminate all large fragments.
What are necessary parameters for calculation of concrete installation?
For calculation and a choice of suitable biogas installation first of all it is necessary to know, how many and what raw material at you is. Installation can be designed so that it processed all organic waste available you.
You should specify also the requirements for power and biofertilizers. It is especially important to specify, as well as where you are going to use biofertilizers as they provide a recoupment of installation.
